> Bachelor Degree in Computer related discipline. 

> Experience in statistical applications relevant to data gathering, processing and presentation. 

> Thorough understanding of Information Systems including data gathering, processing and presentation.

> Proficiency in using Graphic tools (MS Visio, Paint, MS Office Picture Manager, etc.) to prepare and manipulate    drawings, pictures, flowcharts, etc.
