Job description
• Manage, lead and monitor performance of sales team to ensure maximum order conversion to achieve targeted sales within budgeted costs.
• Develop strategies and product pricing policies to maximise sales from distributors and contractors.
• Review key issues affecting customer service, order finalisation, price competition and resolve to ensure customer satisfaction to maintain and increase market share.
• Analyse and report monthly sales results and competitor activities to the higher management and suggest measures to improve customer relationship and sales.
• Organise presentation / seminars of Ducab products to distributors / contractors / consultants to increase Ducab's visibility in the market and reinforce our brand image.
• Establish sales office(s) in KSA.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Electrical, with an added qualification in management or sales & marketing.
• Minimum 10 years experience in cable industry in sales, technical support / commercial negotiations.
• High level of interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in setting up sales operations in new territories/regions
• Good knowledge of KSA cable markets, customers , competitors and market regulations is essential
