Applications are invited for the post of Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
· Control and monitor the effectiveness of sales operations; ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved (and exceeded) by channel
· Proposing sales strategies and creative initiatives for the purpose of generating new business customers and increasing sales.
· Reporting on Area Channel performance with regards to annual sales targets and strategies implemented to meet these objectives
· Analyse and interpret information objectively and may recommendation to support the business objectives; data from secondary sources to determine the appropriate action plan
· Take full responsibility for sales team’s strategies, training, appraisal and performance review.
· Implementing sales team management strategies that are understood at all levels
Successful candidates will hold the follow:
· Must have a Business related degree with preferably an emphasis on Marketing.
· Hold seven plus year in sales and/or distribution
· Excellent communication skills and MUST speak Arabic & English (written, spoken, verbal)
Education: High School or Equivalent, Bachelor's Degree
