Duties:
They are often on the phone and should be quick enough to:-
Answer calls from customers, usually regarding fares and destinations;
Provide information on flight schedules and special offers;
Make reservations through a computerized reservation system; issue tickets and advise clients on health and visa requirements; make hotel bookings for the clients if they are requested to do so.
Personal Qualities:
Good knowledge of airline routes, fares and schedules
Fast and accurate when quoting airfares to customers
Flexible and resourceful at offering attractive route choices
Patient with demanding, indecisive or fussy customers
Good service attitude
Customer friendly
Outgoing
Dynamic
