Responsibilities
The role of the Business Analyst for Siebel CRM will be to develop detailed business requirements for the Bank's Corporate projects in accordance with the bank’s SDLC methodology. He will be required to oversee, review and Quality assures work done by other Business Analysts and ensures the deliverables are in line with the overall Business Architecture and within budget. Specifically, he will be required to: 1. Identify and develop business requirements for Corporate Banking Products & Services for the Bank’s CRM 2. Ensure that agreed Business requirements are compliant with overall Bank’s Technology and Business strategy. 3. Manage the process of establishing the Business requirements for new systems or enhancing existing systems and proposing efficient technical and commercial solutions to satisfy these requirements. 4. Work closely with key departments in corporate banking and use members of the sales areas, product areas, [Cash Management. Trade finance, etc], financial institutions, corporate strategies and tactics, customer support unit, and credit risk management parts of the CRM planning team;
Requirements
Min B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business Administration • Candidate should be a graduate and with experience in related discipline (Siebel CRM). • Successful track record of (8 – 10) years experience with reputable Financial Institutions. • Candidate should have Business CRM mastery over Corporate Banking Product & Services development, Planning, Forecasting, Market Research, Promotions, and Technical Feasibility etc and in highly Computerized Environment.
