Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be Europe or South Africa-educated; have initiative, be customer-focused and efficient at Planning & Organizing. Key Responsibilities would include day-to-day management of the tendering department in the preparation of quotations, budgets & variations; overseeing of programs of improvement. Must have relevant degree in Quantity Surveying/ Engineering, Western Educated and experienced in FIDIC Contracts.
