Job description
o Provide day-to-day co-ordination and liaison with the technical manager of the Investor Consortium
o Act as the primary contact for the Investor Consortium for all technical issues
o Acts as a team leader for the technical staff of the regional PMO
o Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation within the limits set by company PMO
o Facilitates team and investor meetings effectively.
o Enforce quality-management procedures for the development of products and life-cycle processes consistent with established practices
o Monitor product and process quality factors and advice company PMO on improvement throughout the system life cycle
Qualifications
o The candidate should have 10 years (± 1 yr) of experience, and has preferably worked for 2 years in ITS environments and/or be familiar with multidisciplinary projects, and have at least 4 years of team leadership experience. Minimum qualification of BSc Computer Science, Information Systems, Elect Eng or closely related degree (electrical engineering, Civil engineering, applied physics).
o Arabic speaking preferred with excellent English communication skills
