Qualification Requirements:

= B.S. Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university

= Minimum Ten years experience in operation & maintenance, with the last Five years in management positions at a large institutional, residential or office complex. 

= Good communication skills (English/Arabic)
