JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by a prestigious International Investment bank in Bahrain.

Requirements:

•Applicat must be a Qualified lawyer from a top tier University.

•Minimum 2 years experience. 

•Excellent working knowledge of the legal frameworks in the GCC region.

•Solid experience and deal sheet across M&A or private equity/investment funds in the region.

•Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
