Job Description:

Our client is a professional services organization with UAE offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and they are looking for a talented IT professional to join their existing team. The IT Service Desk Analyst will provide telephone and desk-side assistance to users to resolve their IT problems. The assistance you will be expected to provide will cover the software applications that are used by the business as well as hardware including PCs, laptops, Blackberries, printers and scanners.

To be considered for the role, all candidates must have at least three years previous experience working on an IT helpdesk and must have experience in providing IT support in a professional services firm. Advanced knowledge of PC fundamentals, PC peripherals (including printers and wireless devices), Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook is a mandatory requirement. Only Western educated candidates will be considered for this role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on flexible shift times are both necessary in this role.
