MAIN DUTIES
Reviews, acknowledges, conducts investigations, analyses and answers all customer comments. Produces monthly reports for Management review. Ability to act on own initiative and be able to express genuine regret for inconvenience caused and smooth over passenger related problems.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
HND or equivalent with 3 years work expereicne, high level of written and spoken English with ability to draft reports and all letters, PC-based applications skill are critical requirements.
