A leading and up-coming bar or restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their expanding team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be fun. love people and can get the best from your team.
Responsibilities:
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
• Coordinate workers and resources of the restaurant for a profitable service.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements and Experience:
• University degree in Business Administration Catering or Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of Fine Dining Experience in the GCC is essential, though wine knowledge is advantageous.
• Customers with good communication and good personality.
