A leading confectionery manufacturer in Kuwait is looking for talented and qualified Senior Production Planning and Control Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should should possess a Degree in Engineering/ Business .
> Work experience of minimum 4 years in the related field is needed.

> Should possess knowledge of production planning and MRP.
> Need working knowledge on supply chain and materials management.
> Need working knowledge on supply chain and materials management.
> Need a demonstrated knowledge of forecasting methodologies and inventory management principles.
> Should possess strong aptitude regarding systems/tools administration.
> Need analytical ability to prepare forecast accuracy reports and utilize the forecasting tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Manage total pipeline inventory to achieve cost targets.
> Ensures on-time delivery of all finished goods to customer's locations
> Managing the Planning team for planning and controlling production to meet customer requirements.
> Provide customer focused support and increase response time to customer's needs and challenges.
> Manage total pipeline inventory to achieve cost targets.
> Ensures on-time delivery of all finished goods to customer's locations
> Managing the Planning team for planning and controlling production to meet customer requirements.
> Provide customer focused support and increase response time to customer's needs and challenges.
> Facilitates superior performance through coaching, training and performance management processes.
> Defines and implements systems and procedures to ensure least cost logistics objectives are achieved.
> Assesses existing systems and communications methods and recommends appropriate upgrades and changes .
> Represents the company as the single point of contact to customers on all supply chain inquiries or escalations.
> Manage the order fulfillment process and ensuring effective performance levels to guarantee and exceed customer's delivery expectations
> Collaborates with customers to validate customer's forecast based on historical trends, previous variances to forecast, and overall supply position.
> Translates customer forecast into supply requirements and coordinates with various departments to communicate supply/delivery needs to suppliers,
> Supports the company's vision inclusive of specific key performance indicators viz. Quality, Production, On-time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement and Profitability.
> Assesses existing systems and communications methods and recommends appropriate upgrades and changes .
