WESTERN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FINANCIAL SERVICES MNC up To Dhs 18,000 All Inclusive you will be responsible for providing top level executive support to 2 partners of the firm.

Qualification requirements

You must have at least three to four years experience in supporting top-level management such as the Partner, MD and CEO within a multinational environment. Preference for candidates who have provided parallel support to 2+ managers. Excellent communication skills and advanced level of MS Office (strong Excel essential). Experience working in a similar role within a multinational or financial services environment an advantage. Topnotch communication skills and the ability to confidently deal with the senior level management on a daily basis an absolute must.
