listed on the Doha Securities Market since June 2003.

Assist in negotiating, drafting, interpreting and provide legal consultancy with special concentration to the company’s corporate contracts.
Assist in investigation, and legally advice the company regarding legal dispute and claims.
Review reports and determines risk factors to safeguard the interest of the company.
Identify risk areas of company's corporate contracts.
