United Arab Shipping Company (UASC) is in requirement of a qualified Telesales Representative
Job Details:
Applicant must be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, increasing the share of wallet with existing customers, generating new business on named account basis and provision of excellent customer service in order to maintain and increase the levels of customer support.
Requirements:
-Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
-Education in sales/marketing will be a plus.
-Good Product knowledge is required.
-Relevant experience in servicing customers in shipping/ logistics/transportation industry in a sales position (preferably more than 1 year)
-Computer/MS Office skills.
-Be a Customer service oriented person
-Good Understanding of export business environment and customer segments/commodities/industries.
