I am a recruitment associate and we have an urgent opening in one of the leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia. 

Here is the detailed job description for the same. 

Job location: Saudi Arabia - Jeddah 

Designation:- Financial Analyst

Purpose of the job

Prepare, analyze and comment on financial information and reports for the company to assist in making decisions. Assemble spreadsheets, draw charts and graphs used to visualize data in technical reports.

Key Accountabilities

1. Budgets

Provide input for annual budgets and periodic changes to the budget. Coordinate input from various functions and the Manager Management Reporting for necessary action.

2. Reporting

Assist the Manager Management Reporting for preparing the monthly management report for the company and quarterly reports for the BOD as per agreed deadlines and standards.

3. Communications

Communicate efficiently with the finance and business teams and obtain data from them to prepare necessary financial analyses.

4. Treasury/ working capital / forecasting

Do work related to treasury, working capital and forecasting in coordination with the Manager Treasury.

5. Financial & Cost Analysis

Analyze proactively the financial overview of the company (YLV) in order to have an accurate forecast. Analyze cost structure of products and do bench-marking for local and imported goods, in liaison with Manager Sales Finance and Marketing team. Assist Manager Management Reporting in preparing financial analysis on the investment opportunities and suggest improvements to the business processes.

6. ABC

Update ABC frequently to assist management for timely and accurate MIS.

7. Cost Saving

Assist management in cost saving projects across the GCC region.

8. Various Assignments

Work on a variety of projects as and when required, for financial analysis.

Job Requirements

·         Educational level: B.Sc. / Masters in Financial Management / MBA

·         Specific diploma/education: preferable CMA/ CPA

·         Minimal experience: 5-10 Years preferably in an FMCG company

·         Languages: English, Arabic
