Job Description:

A Leading Automotive Company in Kuwait urgently 
requires GENERAL SERVICE MANAGER.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination and implementation 
of service programs and strategies

• Maintaining regular inventory and directing 
procurement of all types of company owned and 
operated equipment and materials, supplies, and 
parts

• Managing service center and ensuring smooth 
operation in compliance with company's guidelines 
and procedures

• Ensures maximum levels of customer 
satisfaction

Qualifications Requirements:

• Computer skills.

• Expert knowledge of technical and 
  mechanical aspects of automotive service.

• Good command over English & Arabic.

• Minimum five years experience in related field.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Customer oriented with excellent problem solving skills.

• Numeric with procurement and inventory capabilities.
