Job description:
1. Provide excellent customer service
2. Develop department budget and monitor performance
3. Train, motivate and develop staff
4. Control inventory and maximise sales
5. Supervise all merchandising activity throughout the department in a timely fashion to coincide with seasonal changes
Skill and Experience.
1. Good spoken and written English, Arabic is desirable
2. Previous experience in high-end retail sales is desirable
3. 2-5 years prior experience preferred, with at least 1 year of management experience
4. Ability to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a work team
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent goals and deadlines
