Job description:
Responsible for leading discussions with Chairman of the Group and both the internal & external auditors on the department's audit plans, activities and findings. Moreover, the Head of Internal Audit must maintain strong partnerships with other governance functions in the company to provide consistent and effective audit support. Other specific responsibilities include: Review and appraise the soundness, adequacy and application of accounting, financial, technology and operational controls.
