Job Requirements:
> A degree in Communication or Telecommunication engineering.
> Prior experience of 3 - 5 years in project implementation.
> Skills in MPA / Visio.
> Willingness for multi-tasking and working under pressure.
> Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
> Knowledge of business processes mapping and re-engineering.
> Strong problem solving,analytic,planning as well as organizing skills.
> Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills.
> Experience in telecom project management preferred.
Job Duties:
> Overall project management.
> Ensure project and cost control.
> Projects surveillance and monitoring.
> Coordinate with the site supervisor to make sure that the daily activities are carried out as per plans.
> Managing conflicts risks and issues or trying to avoid them.
> Managing documentation by insuring competence and up to date status.
> Managing communications between team members and customer.
> Assist with quality assurance and data integrity management within project department.
> Form the teams and assign duties for team as well as team members.
> Communicate with the contractors.
> Inspecting project sites at regular individuals.
> Ensure high customer satisfaction.
