SCHEDULE/PERFORMANCE ANALYST
Participates and oversees Project Management Schedules and sets Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for program tracking and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain overall integrated master schedule that links together detailed work plans from all subcontractors. In so doing, create a master work breakdown structure that helps to align the work plans of the subcontractors.
· Create processes, procedures, and standards for consistent and thorough project schedule management, and work with subcontractors to ensure they are followed.
· Work closely with internal resources and with subcontractors to conduct regular status reviews to project schedules, and use results for regular updates to the overall integrated master schedule
· Assemble and maintain metrics on the overall schedule performance of the program, based on regular updates with the subcontractors.
· Raise awareness when performance metrics fall below target levels, provide detailed analyses as to the root causes, and suggest options for corrective action
· Assist with writing portions of various project management plans related to schedule, risk, quality, logistics, etc
· Establish key performance indicators and service level agreements for each subcontractor. Work to incorporate these into contract agreements, and into status review processes of the program
· Establish key performance indicators and service level agreements with regards to the establishment of on-going operations and maintenance activities of the program. Work to create processes and procedures for on-going collection and monitoring of this data once the program moves from implementation into its operations phase.
· Raise awareness when performance metrics fall below target levels, provide detailed analyses as to the root causes, and suggest options for corrective action
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or equivalent experience
· Good analytical skills, communication skills, methodical approach and excellent planning skills
· Project management knowledge is a must, preferable Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel
· Fluent in English is a must. Arabic is a plus
· 3+ years in large scale projects is a plus
- Ability to work up to 25% of the time to field locations in Saudi Arabia and to subcontractor’s factories across Europe
