> Management work experience of minimum 10 years in customer service is required.
> Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the aviation sector / hotel and catering industry.

> Able to to deal with people effectively at all levels.
> Applicants should possess a practical and professional approach to getting the job done.
Job Responsibilities:
> Budgetary control of manpower, equipment and consumables.
> Leading and motivating the team.
> Ensuring that the highest standards are achieved and maintained at all times and that customer expectations are continuously exceeded.
> Aircraft cleaning, water- servicing and lavatory services in accordance with BAS's customer specifications and service level agreements.
