 FINANCE OFFICER - - Industrial/Manufacturing

Responsible For: Preparing reports and other financial statements.
Collecting payments in time to ensure smooth cash flow. 
Responsible for the timely presentation of MIS with accuracy.
Overseeing the daily accounting processes.
Liaising with Auditors, both statutory and internal for timely and smooth completion of the audit.
Preparing the monthly payroll and all monthly financial statements.
Assisting Finance Manager in creating, monitoring and updating financial related policies and procedures.
Supports cash forecasting activities.
Supports annual budget activities and allocation, annual insurance renewals, and certificates of insurance etc.
Assists safekeeping, control, and accounting of assets and securities. Min 
qualification & Expereince: Working knowledge in ERP Great Plains 5 years experience in finance.
Good organization skills, dealing will legal documents, files, bills etc.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial industry, at least 1 year in a Treasury position.
Candidate should hold a Finance / Accounting qualification. Cash management and payments across diversified business.
Bachelor degree in Finance, Banking or Accounting. Good working knowledge in Budgeting, Modelling and Treasury documentation
