Job Description:

An international company looking for a Warehouse Head

• Manage warehouse, tally clerk and loading/ unloading people.

• Ensure warehouse operation processes execution continuously.

• Cycle count and ensure warehouse record accuracy.

• Planning future capacity requirements.

• Arrange their work and manage warehouse daily receiving, storage and

shipment operations management.

• Establish warehouse Quality Assurance system and daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.

• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the warehouse staff to ensure set productivity targets are met.

Qualification Requirements:

• College level to BS Degree preferably in Retail Management / Business Management / Admin.

• Minimum five years retail experience

• Strong management Interpersonal and teambuilding skills.

• Excellent leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self- confident, aggressive, target oriented self- motivated and responsible.

• Immediate available preferred.
