Responsibilities:
> Assisting in negotiations with potential sponsors while advising on future strategies for business development.
> Support technical reviews, analyze results and provide recommendations.
> Secure and guide prospective post-merger amalgamation to ensure a smooth transition and facilitate effective handover.
> Structuring and developing high-impact client communications.
> Participate in acquisition strategy analysis and planning.
> Ensure the smooth transition of newly acquired assets into the GEMS organization.
> Assist in structuring target opportunities.
