Job description

•Provide technical support to the communications NPAFC. 
•Familiarity with the goals and actions of all the technical support groups that requires the interaction with. 
•Coordination between the technical support groups to find solutions to problems. 
•To make sure that the team members of call center adhere to procedures and policies established. 
•The training of members of the Group of the Center and facilitate the provision of references to them.


Qualifications

 Bachelor of Science ( Computers ).
