An established contracting group in KSA has vacancies for Construction Manager ( Job Code : A40 ). Applicants should be a Bachelor degree holder in any Engineering related discipline or construction management. Work experience of at least 10 years in construction management including residential,commercial,hospitals,hotels and resorts projects. Need the ability to schedule,manage and coordinate all design and construction processes including selection, hiring & oversight of specialty trade contractors. Fluent communication skills in English is required. Excellent people management,project planning and construction management skills are essential. Having experience in large residential or resorts projects will be great beneficial.
