Job Description
Our client, a leading Middle East based Islamic shareholding company focused on investing in the educational sector is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to join its team in Kuwait. The company focuses on the establishment, acquisition and management of schools and other opportunities in related industries.
Responsibilities:
• Formulate strategies and policies, and create new approaches in adverse situations.
• Analyze complex policy issues, draw correct conclusions and articulate clear policies.
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the organization are effectively implemented.
• Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the education sector in Kuwait.
• Maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and training of staff.
Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, ideally MBA/ACCA/CIMA/ CA/CPA/ CFA.
• At least 7 years of similar experience in a holding company in the GCC, though some additional experience in the education sector would be an advantage.
