Job description
• Candidate must have Civil Engineering Degree with a min. of 10+ year’s experience in Civil engineering and concrete repairs. Out of it, minimum 5 years experience in the civil and structural inspection in the petrochemical plant and industry.
• Candidate must have proficient communication skills, good analytical and problem solving skills, excellent Knowledge of English and computer skill knowledge.
• Knowledge of review drawings, design specification and monitoring the performance of the contractor`s civil team whenever required.
• Candidate should be fully familiar with international standards such as ACI, ASTM specifications, erection, installation, maintenance & repairs and NDT applied on concrete. Responsibilities: • Develop an inspection plan, schedule and frequency for the plant civil and structural assets.
Structural condition assessment of the existing plant structures.
• Develop technical repair procedures for plant related problems and ensure execution of the repair as per procedure.
• Review of engineering drawings and ITP of the civil projects.
• Responsible for timely providing specialist engineering skills for plant problems such as study the root cause, analyze, recommend and prepare & issue technical inspection reports after site visits in the field of civil and structural engineering.
• Ensuring timely projects executions as per company procedures, standards and schedules.
• Liaise as necessary with clients, other departments and specialist sub-consultants and attend project meetings.
• Plan & attend site works assist in managing the delivery of multi-disciplinary schemes to a high quality.
