- Analyze jobs to help the HRM in setting effecient Job definitions
- Follow the latest Training Methodologies and Techniques to conduct optimum annual Training Plan
- Support and help line managers in executing the quarterly Performance Review and the annual Performance Management

Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
