Responsibilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, software Engineering or equivalent.
• Certified by OEM on OEM Software, including storage tools/utilities and management/administration applications.
• Minimum three (3) years experience in maintaining OEM Software in heterogeneous computing environments with various host operating systems.
• Minimum three (3) years of applied experience in maintaining similar storage software in heterogeneous computing environments with various host operating systems.
Requirements
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Windows/UNIX host operating systems.
• Windows/UNIX operating system certifications are preferred.
• Preferably holding SNIA SCP & SCSE Certifications.
• Knowledgeable of OEM and its support structure, on-line support tools/Systems, knowledge databases and escalation procedures.
