Job description
- Preparing and provide customers projects service design and provisioning plane.
- Coordination with Installation Team to test and provision all corporate and residential customers (WiMAX, Fiber and MicroWave) links according to the required services.
- Updating DB system with customers links information.
- Develop and produce required provisioning reports.
- Continuous and effective coordination with other teams (NOC, Sales, OSS, BSS, Engineering, I&M, and Marketing) to streamline the operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in computer engineering or equivalent field.
- Min 2 years experience in IP networks and services.
- Good experience in Provisioning management tools (Order Management, ISC, and Remedy etc).
- Good knowledge of IP services (DNS, FTP, HTTP, MAIL, etc)
- Excellent skills in communications, planning, customer-focused, process-oriented and result-driven.
