Responsibilities
To act as first point of contact to all employees
Conduct Orientation to all new employees and ensure all administration completed
Handling the administration of HR policies procedures and programs.
Responsibility for handling and maintaining the local contracts in line with Qatars labour law, and working closely with the companys local sponsor to ensure that all visa / permits issuance and renewels for employees and dependants
Handling the leavers process
Requirements
Have a minimum of 3 years HR experience in a generalist role
Thorough knowledge of HR practices and procedures
Excellent PC skills, Microsoft office
Highly motivated, flexible and have the ability to work independently
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with a positive attitude
