BMRB/BC: Branch Manager of Retail Banking, Qatar

Our client, a global Middle East based bank is looking for a Branch Manager of Retail Banking to join its dynamic team in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize new business opportunities in key Retail Products.
• Ensure processes are in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Create an efficient operations environment where risks and costs are well controlled.
• Accountable for people management in the branch and manage its talent effectively.
• Deepen existing relationships with profitable clients through enhanced customer service.

Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of managerial experience in Retail Banking; in a bank in the GCC.
• University degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• Skilled in Transactional Branch Banking, Lending and Credit Analysis.
