Urgently required for an experienced Senior Resident Engineer in UAE.
Job Details:
* A proven track record delivering high-end finishes on major build
projects.
* Monitoring the work of staff members ensuring compliance with
contract provisions, including correspondence and submittals.
* Conducting the final inspection of work and provide handover of
completed project works.
* Reviewing contractor's change order proposals and providing
suitable recommendations to the Construction Manager.
Job Requirements:
* Engineering Degree.
* Minimum ten years experience in the same field.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Pleasing personality.
