JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Required educational qualification is B.E. Electrical.
> Sales experience of 5 to 7 years in Electrical Light's project is needed.
> Need experience with Light solutions and large, complex projects.
> Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management is required.
> Should possess strong understanding of Gulf customer and market dynamics and requirements.
> Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
> Should possess a GCC Driving License and previous experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Create and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
> Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
> Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
> Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
> Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
> Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
> Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
