Job Description:

A US-based manufacturing company, with a cabling and passive networking product
line, seeks to hire a Systems Engineer to work with their clients in Saudi Arabia.

Specific Duties:

• Lead the customer needs assessment process.

• Conduct gap analysis and present technical solutions.

• Monitor identified markets and competitor activities.

• Identify market needs and new solution sets.

• Lead the opportunity definition and solutions development process.

• Deliver presentations and speeches at marketing events and exhibitions

• Engage with appropriate internal & external resources (Account Managers,
Product Management, Corporate Business Development, Corporate Divisions,
Alliance Partners, Systems Integrators, End-Users, etc.) to help drive
opportunities from inception through successful implementation.

• Assess the customer’s existing cabling and managed network infrastructure,
conduct technical needs assessment and identify future needs.

• Support the Account Management team in answering RFQs of projects.

• Manage technical support activities and provide implementation support for
projects.

• Execute a training strategy within the assigned area, provide internal training to
Account Managers and client’s partners.

• Manage the training programs (PCI, PCD and PCSI) and training for client’s
partners.

Qualification Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and over five  years of industry
experience

• Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition

• Excellent knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP routing & switching networks

• Good understanding of network management, data centers, voice and data
networking and structured cabling

• Manage pipeline of deal, assess needs have target accounts deliver IT solutions
and thereby closing large deal.

• You must have network design and planning know-how and the ability to read /
interpret system architectural diagrams

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP network design and installation in central office/
data center environments
