Qualification Requirements:

= B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or equivalent.

= Seven to ten years of experience in with oil & gas field (Preferably Engineer

with Experience in Education sectors or training).

= Knowledge in Microsoft office (word, Excel, Power Point)

Role:

Supervises and follows-up the general training functions. Include analysis and identification of training needs, preparation of the annual comprehensive training plan (CTP) and related budget. Provides the company departments concerned with professional advice and recommendations related to training of all employees. Ensures smooth processing/ implementation of the overall training activities.
