- Experience: Min 10 years experience in the Facilities management industry. He must have worked in the GCC in the FM industry.
- Responsibilities: Establish and develop a new MEP Maintenance department, develop systems and procedures, manage the day to day operations and schedule, increase our sales, meet with potential clients, develop a pricing structure for all our different services, increase efficiency and lower costs, keep a look our for new methods and technologies related to the industry, provide bi-weekly progress reports to the management.
