Job Description:
A Middle East based insurance organization is looking for a Database Administrator to join its dynamic team in Bahrain.
�Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure full compliance to the ICS policies and procedures.
• Apply the backup and recovery strategy to ensure database security and integrity.
• Ensure database and development methods are applied in line with the processes and procedures.
• Ensure an effective level of support is provided to all employees by giving the required access rights to users.
• Assist with design of logical and physical databases to meet business needs and comply with company standards.
• Monitor database operations and analyze efficiency of systems to maximize resource utilization, performance, quality and efficiency.
Qualification Requirements:
• Minimum of Three years experience with emphasis in database design and, or database administration in the insurance industry in the GCC.
• Must be OCP Qualified, preferably with a university degree in Computer Science, and any additional Microsoft certification in Database Administration.
• Oracle experience is distinct advantage-candidates must be Arabic speakers.
