West erners and Arabs Preferred Requirement : Degree qualifi ed and 6+ years of relevant experience with professional experience in Competence and Performance Management, the successful candidate for this role will be a part of a team that is building strong working relationships with each business line within the Company, in order to drive the initiative to
standardize, bring business focus to the competence and performance management system and ensure it is embraced by all parts of the Company , delivering tangible business improvement.
This will involve being part of a team that will complete the defi nition of all job competence profi les, working with SMEs in each area.
Delivering Company staff engagement and communication to drive implementation of assessment of employees against job competence profi les to assess development gaps. It involves working closely with other Learning & Development Divisions to ensure the provision of fi t-for-purpose training
interventions to address identifi ed needs.
