SHUTDOWN PLANNING SECTION HEAD (AMM/T)

Job Description To ensure the safe and timely completion of shutdowns/turnarounds by continuous
coordination and manage the planning, preparations and shutdown execution activities. To provide
cost effective maintenance and report on the effectiveness of shutdown maintenance plans, contracts
and cost control. Continuously optimize the effectiveness and demonstrate compliance with
established KPIs. To direct and coordinate the development of the planned Turnaround/Shutdowns
maintenance plans, preparation of scope of work, reservation/arrangement of materials, arrangement
of resources, integration of projects tie-ins & capital modifications and in house maintenance
activities. To ensure the timely availability of materials and award of Contracts for all shutdown
related activities, coordinate with Commercial Division and provide technical support for the
evaluation of bids and material specifications. To ensure maintenance of technical procedures,
standards, systems are applied consistently during preparation and execution of shutdown maintenance
is in compliance with Company policy and Best Practices. To develop and manage various short and
long terms plans, contracts and budget. To develop contract strategy and manage various shutdowns
related contracts/SWOs and long term shutdown maintenance agreement for the Asab plant as focal
point. To enforce the implementation of GASCO Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE
-MS) in preparation of shutdown and also promote awareness of its use among all personnel involved
