A leading Middle East based financial institution in Qatar urgently requires a Relationship Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a Bachelor’s Degree holder.
> Preference to applicants with Masters degree /professional certifications.
> At least 5 years’ of experience within corporate/retail banking/local syndications and a strong sales / business development experience is essential.
> Need knowledge of credit process, reading balance sheet and assessing risks as well as proven track record of successful revenue generation, selling and closing deals.
> Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic is needed. essential.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining relationships with corporate and retail clients and will work towards maximizing income by understanding client requirements and increasing the penetration of products to the customer base.
> Determining potential clients/deals to balance risk and reward.
> Execute integrated sales, relationship, and achieve desired revenue and service hurdles.
> Ensure all activities are carried out in line with regulatory, legal and governmental regulations.
> Provide product specialists with qualified referrals for cross-selling and closing deals across all products.
> Adhere to internal control policies such as the accurate collection, completion and updating of all documentation.
