Job description
To provide all design related services and activities to a prospective and existing client. Present suggestions to clients along with a summary of all expenditure involved, negotiate and arrange for modifications where required.
To have a turnover of a minimum one signed design contract and one signed project contract per month.
Support the Accounts Designer in making design presentations to the client and the selection of materials.
Support the Project Coordinator and the client to finding solutions at site.
Support the Senior Designer and Account Designer in the orderly handover of the project to the operation department.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Architectural or Interior Design Qualifications
Competent in AutoCAD application and supporting software.
Knowledge of 3D Max and Photoshop preferable
At least 2 years experience in local market or 3 years outside the local market preferable but not necessary
Good Communication Skills with a high degree of fluency in spoken and written English, a pleasant convincing manner and the ability to plan and prioritise work.
