A large retail bank based in Doha, is looking for a Head of Operations Control & Business Excellence to join their successful team in Qatar.
Requirements:.
> Applicant should be a graduate with a Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subject.
> Work experience of minimum fifteen years of banking experience in the GCC is needed.
> Need good knowledge of QA tools, techniques and related procedures, including best-practices.
Responsibilities:
> Ensure the timely and accurate development of policies and procedures and their subsequent amendment across the group’s entities.
> Oversee operations control encompassing central reconciliations and quality assurance functions/activities across the departments/units within the bank.
> Overall management of the process of collating operational metrics data and report preparations.
> Coordinate with Senior Management to develop required operational metrics and reporting requirements.
> Overlook the Business & User Support Department encompassing analysis of new workflow/processes from an operational perspective, developing the Business Requirement Specification documentation for submission to Group IT.
