Key responsibilities:
Identify learning and development needs within the Group through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with supervisors and managers. Organize and develop learning materials and curriculum, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia, and other educational materials. Train assigned instructors and supervisory personnel in effective techniques for learning, such as on-the-job training, management development, and adaptations to changes in policies, procedures, and technologies. Develop program whereby employees can proactively manage their own individual development plans through Success Factors LMS. Through the LMS, creates, identifies, and manage a Group knowledge bank of employee talent, experience, KSAs, and education. Conduct price analyses, create and submit annual Learning & Development budget proposal for approval to GM, HR & Admin, and manage approved budget. Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (postgraduate degree or professional certification (ASTD, CIPD) is preferred). 7-9 years experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in a leading position in learning and development and performance management. Good working knowledge with computer-based Human Resources Systems including, preferably, Oracle HRMS. Direct hands-on experience in the implementation of training and development modules including actual class-room contact.
