He must be having very good experience in Fabrication, Welding, Blasting, Painting & Insulation. (Like Tank Farm, Pipeline Structural etc) 

Note: 

All the above candidates must have 5 to 10 experience in their respective field. 

They must be familiar with Petrochemical, Refinery & Power plant Projects. 

Salary will be given as per their experience.
