Job description
- On the Public Relations side, you will develop the corporate communication strategy and public relations program. You will be responsible for identifying a strategy for developing relations with the media & key spokespeople. You will draft and publish all press releases, publicity brochures, and the annual report and organize press conferences and events/forums to be attended by major community stakeholders. Updating and improving the website will also be one of your key assignments and an important element in creating the company's image.
- On the Investor Relations side, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company & the investment community (institutional investors, analysts, banks) as well as with regulatory bodies, including the Egyptian Stock Exchange & the Capital Markets Authority. You will review financial results and update stakeholders on business activities. You will develop investor presentations for prospective and current institutional owners of the company's stock as well as organize and manage the annual stockholders' meeting.
Qualifications
With a Bachelor's Degree (minimum) and preferably an MBA, you have at least 7 years of progressive experience in a corporate communications or investor relations position in blue-chip companies. Previous experience as an investment relationship officer specifically will be highly appreciated. In addition, solid experience in media production
