*BSc. Degree holder required
*EPP Licence Grade-A
*Minimum 10 years of experience in managing and supervising maintenance works and staff including buildings, infrastructure works, storm drainage and sewerage networks and service utilities.
*Be conversant with the British standard and Ministry of Housing conditions of contract.
